When someone submits, FormBeam saves the submission first so nothing is dropped. You get an email with the fields and files, and the same data shows up in your dashboard.
Once FormBeam accepts a submission, it is stored. If email delivery is slow or fails temporarily, the lead is still in your dashboard. We do not claim every email always arrives on the first try.
Yes, FormBeam includes your form name in email subjects and uses clean, professional email templates. You can also restrict submissions to specific domains for added security.
Yes! FormBeam supports file uploads up to 10MB per file (max 5 files per submission, 50MB total). All file attachments are included in the email notifications.
Yes. Add a hidden honeypot field and FormBeam runs additional filters on top. Spam is blocked and does not count toward your usage.
Plans include a monthly submission allowance. Free is 100/month. Starter is $9 for 1,000, Growth $14 for 2,500, Pro $29 for 5,000. Overage is $0.018 per submission over the limit.
