Email Configuration
Set up automatic email notifications to receive form submissions directly in your inbox.
Set the primary email address in your form settings. This is where all submission notifications will be sent.
The primary email receives a formatted email containing all submission data with files attached directly.
CC (Carbon Copy)
Additional recipients who will see the email. Their addresses will be visible to all recipients.
BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
Additional recipients who receive the email but whose addresses are hidden from other recipients.
Separate multiple email addresses with commas.
Emails are sent from noreply@submissions.formbeam.io and delivered via Resend for reliable delivery.
When you reply to a submission email, the reply-to address is automatically set to the submitter's email address (from the email or _email field). This lets you respond directly to the person who filled out your form.
If no email field was included in the submission, replies go to noreply@submissions.formbeam.io.
Emails are sent immediately upon successful form submission. Delivery is typically instant, but may take up to a few minutes during peak times.
Enable auto-reply to automatically send a confirmation email to anyone who submits your form. This helps submitters know their submission was received.

How it works
- • Toggle auto-reply on in your form settings
- • Enter a signature (e.g. "The Acme Team")
- • Submitters receive a confirmation email after submitting
- • No usage cost for auto-reply emails
The signature
The signature appears at the bottom of the confirmation email so submitters know who the email is from. This is required when auto-reply is enabled.
What submitters receive
A simple HTML email with your signature and a confirmation message. The email is sent from noreply@submissions.formbeam.io.
