Managing Submissions
All form submissions are collected in your dashboard where you can view, search, and manage them efficiently.
From your dashboard, click on "Submissions" in the sidebar. You'll see a list of all submissions across all your forms.
Submissions are organized by form and include timestamps, IP addresses, and all submitted data.
Click on any submission row to view the full details. This includes all form fields and metadata.
Submission Details Include:
- • Timestamp of submission
- • Submitter's IP address
- • All form field values
- • File attachments (delivered via email)
- • Form name and slug
Use the search box to filter by form name, slug, or any content in the submission data. Use the "Filter by form" dropdown to show submissions from a specific form only.
Search works across all submissions and is case-insensitive.
If your form includes file upload fields, the files are attached to the email notification. Files are not stored in the dashboard.
When a form is submitted, FormBeam sends email notifications to the addresses configured in your form settings. This happens regardless of viewing submissions in the dashboard.
Email notifications include all submission data and file attachments.
Multiple layers of protection help prevent abuse. Submissions from suspicious patterns may be limited.
For high-traffic forms, consider using multiple forms or contact support.
